Refund & Warranty Policy

1) Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your Electronic Brush. You can cancel and return within 14 calendar days of delivery under the EU cooling-off rules if the item is unopened and the hygiene seal is intact. Opened/used items can only be returned if faulty.

2) Return eligibility (Cooling-off)

To be eligible for a cooling-off return, the Electronic Brush must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and with all hygiene seals intact (including brush heads and device packaging).

  • In the original packaging with all accessories and manuals.

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Hygiene exception: For health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been unsealed or used, unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

3) How to start a return

Email info@kanormanagement.com. within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.
We’ll reply within two business days with the return authorization and instructions.

4) Damages & issues

Inspect your Electronic Brush upon receipt. If it arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact info@kanormanagement.com immediately and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

5) European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off

Under Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers may cancel within 14 days of receipt.
Exception: Returns are not accepted for goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g., opened brush heads or used devices), unless faulty.

6) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
If 15 business days have passed since approval and you’ve not received it, email info@kanormanagement.com.

7) Exchanges (faulty items)

Prefer a replacement? Tell us when you request support. For defective/damaged/incorrect items, we’ll ship a replacement after we receive and verify the returned unit.

8) Return shipping costs

  • Voluntary returns (cooling-off, unopened/sealed): You pay the return postage.

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We provide a prepaid label and cover all shipping costs.

9) Late or missing refunds

First check your bank. Then contact your card issuer. Still no refund? Email info@kanormanagement.com.

10) Legal guarantee (EU)

Your purchase is covered by the EU legal guarantee for lack of conformity. If your product develops a manufacturing fault during normal use, contact us for support. This does not affect other rights you may have.


11) Lifetime Warranty — Electronic Brush (device unit)

We offer a Lifetime Warranty on the Electronic Brush device against defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

  • What we do: At our option, we will repair or replace the device with a new or refurbished unit of equal or better function.

  • Who’s covered: The original purchaser with proof of purchase. Non-transferable.

  • Where it applies: Valid in regions we sell/ship to.

  • What “Lifetime” means: For as long as we continue to manufacture and/or support your Electronic Brush model. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights (including the EU legal guarantee) and does not limit them.

What’s covered (examples)

  • Device will not power on or hold charge under normal use.

  • Internal electronic failure, motor failure, or charging defect not caused by misuse.

  • Manufacturing defects present from factory.

What’s not covered

  • Human factors / misuse: drops, impacts, cracks, bent pins, crushed housings, liquid damage beyond intended rating, scorching, neglect, improper storage.

  • Wear & tear / consumables: brush heads, cosmetic scratches, normal battery capacity reduction over time.

  • Unauthorised modifications/repairs or use with non-approved chargers/accessories causing damage.

  • Loss or theft.

  • Commercial misuse beyond normal consumer use (unless we’ve agreed in writing).

If a returned unit is found to have damage outside warranty (human factors), we’ll offer a paid repair/replacement option or return it to you.

How to make a Lifetime Warranty claim

  1. Email info@kanormanagement.com with subject “Lifetime Warranty Claim”.

  2. Include order number, serial/lot code (if present), a brief fault description, and photos/video showing the issue.

  3. Complete any quick troubleshooting we send (takes minutes).

  4. If approved, we’ll issue an RMA and a prepaid label (where available).

  5. On receipt and verification, we’ll repair or replace and ship back at our cost.
